Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Two years of relevant professional experience in systems analysis or IT.
• Strong analytical, requirements-gathering, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of APIs and common data formats such as JSON and XML.
• Experience with system testing (SIT and UAT).

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients and stakeholders to identify, gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Analyse existing processes and systems to identify issues and technology needs.
• Translate objectives into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Identify gaps and recommend system improvements and integrations.
• Coordinate with developers and vendors during system integration projects.
• Support deployment, testing, and post-implementation optimisation.
