The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, internal teams, and vendors, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable IT outcomes while contributing to documentation, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or at least two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and technical requirements with clients and stakeholders.
• Design functional system solutions and detailed specifications.
• Prepare functional, technical, and integration specifications for APIs and systems.
• Coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors during integration projects.
• Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-implementation optimisation.
• Document system architectures, data flows, and business rules.
