Job summary

Fliptech in New Zealand seeks an IT Systems Analyst for Auckland. This permanent full-time role involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, to analyse business and technology requirements and support design, deployment, and optimisation of IT systems.

You will bridge client needs with technical teams, specify system interfaces, data flows, and integrations, including cloud, SaaS, ERP, and CRM components, while helping ensure security, reliability, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/IT or related field.
• At least two years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical, requirements-gathering, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of software applications, databases, cloud-based systems, and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and technology requirements with clients.
• Design system solutions and specifications.
• Coordinate API and data integration with vendors.
