Job summary

Fliptech in Auckland is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical delivery. The position is a permanent full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

The analyst will work with clients and internal teams to analyse needs, design system solutions, and support the implementation and optimisation of IT systems. The role involves collaboration across business processes, system integrations, APIs, cloud and security considerations, and producing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least two years of relevant professional experience in systems analysis, business systems analysis, software implementation, system integration, or a closely related IT role.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to identify, gather, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
Translate business objectives and operational requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Define system interfaces, data structures, data flows, integration logic, and technical requirements.
Coordinate requirements clarification and system-related activities throughout development, testing, and implementation.
Support deployment and implementation of new systems, applications, integrations, and system upgrades.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation including requirements, specifications, and diagrams.
