Tech Success | Full-time | Work from home with occasional onsite client visits
Tech Success is an Australian-owned IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) that has been delivering technology solutions and support to businesses for over 25 years. We are continuing to expand our operations across New Zealand and are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Desk Technician based in Auckland to join our growing team.
This is a predominantly work-from-home role, with occasional travel to client sites in Auckland and, from time to time, other locations across New Zealand. You will support a diverse range of business clients across Australia and New Zealand, working alongside an experienced team of engineers and technology specialists.
The role is ideally suited to someone with a minimum of two years' Level 1 service desk experience who is confident troubleshooting Microsoft 365 environments and keen to develop their technical capabilities into Level 2 support.
You will provide remote and onsite technical support, resolve incidents and service requests, and help maintain the high standards of customer service our clients expect. Working across a modern Microsoft cloud environment, you will gain exposure to a broad range of technologies, security solutions and business systems.
If you enjoy solving problems, helping people and expanding your technical knowledge, this is an opportunity to build your career within a supportive, forward-thinking MSP.
We are looking for someone with a solid technical foundation, a strong customer service mindset and a genuine interest in developing their career.

Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing requests.
A current driver's licence and the ability to travel to client sites when required.
Based in Auckland, New Zealand, with the right to work in New Zealand.
