Job summary

National Storage is seeking a Level 1/2 IT Support specialist to join our Newmarket team in Auckland. You will provide technical support across networking, security, user applications, and hardware, reporting to the IT Operations Manager.

You will work full-time, Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, joining a multinational IT team with Brisbane and New Zealand colleagues. A strong Office software background (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) and Windows 10/11 experience are essential, with iOS

Qualifications

Experience in Level 1 or Level 2 IT support.
Advanced to expert in Office products (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) and Windows OS (10/11).
IOS experience is a bonus.
Experience with Zendesk, VPNs, SharePoint and Active Directory is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple IT items and projects to deadlines within NZ/Brisbane teams.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for networking, security, user applications and IT functions.
Maintenance and support of laptops, printers, mobiles and computer hardware.
Support core CRM solutions and other IT functions.
Based in Newmarket; 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Tue–Sat; collaborate with Auckland and Brisbane teams.
