Job summary

Datacom in Wellington is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator (Fixed-Term Until May 2027) to ensure contracted services are delivered to clients in accordance with contracts. You’ll be a single point of contact for customers and align requirements with service levels, supporting a broad client base with delivery managers.

You’ll focus on contract management, service delivery, admin services, reporting, and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year of IT experience within an IT managed services environment.
• Good grasp of service management methodologies including ITIL.
• Experience writing reports and presenting service updates to clients.
• Ability to collaborate with internal delivery teams and Service Delivery Managers.
