Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Lead to drive the delivery and continuous improvement of IT services across New Zealand operations. You will partner with business leaders to align technology priorities with operational objectives and ensure robust server, cloud, network and infrastructure environments.

Qualifications

• Proven IT service delivery or infrastructure support in multi-site environments.
• Lead or coordinate IT initiatives, vendors and stakeholders.
• Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and Azure expertise.
• Experience supporting server, network, cloud and end-user tech.
• Cybersecurity, patch management and vulnerability remediation skills.
• IT service management including incident/problem/change management.
• Service management platforms like ServiceNow.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• NZ working rights.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery and continuous improvement of IT services across NZ operations.
• Partner with business leaders to align technology priorities with operational objectives.
• Manage and maintain server, cloud, network and infrastructure environments.
• Coordinate resolution of incidents and service requests across teams.
• Lead local technology projects including upgrades, deployments and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Monitor service performance and implement sustainable improvements.
• Oversee security patching, vulnerability remediation and risk management.
• Build relationships with vendors and stakeholders to maximise service quality.
• Translate regional technology strategies into practical local outcomes for NZ operations.
• Support ASSA ABLOY NZ Opening Solutions and Pacific Door Systems.
