The Treasury in Wellington is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to scope, plan and deliver IT projects that streamline and support business processes. You will develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets, and lead project teams with strong governance and risk management.

You will manage stakeholder engagement across The Treasury and partner agencies, oversee change control, ensure documentation is complete, and conduct post-implementation reviews to drive continuous

• Proven experience in managing IT projects, including scoping, planning, and delivery.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach, with experience in motivating and managing project teams.
• The ability to meet the criteria required to hold a New Zealand Government security clearance.
