Zusammenfassung

Amazon Web Services New Zealand Limited is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join the Enterprise Support team and work with NZ ISVs to architect, scale, and accelerate product roadmaps on AWS.

You will conduct reviews, lead operational readiness, drive service adoption, and present insights at business reviews, influencing customer strategy.

This role blends consulting and technical depth, spanning onboarding, migration, optimization and ongoing enablement across NZ's software ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

Hands-on experience with AI and related tooling.
Professional experience with AWS and other cloud services.
Experience presenting to executives and technical audiences.

Aufgaben

Serve as the primary technical advisor for ISV customers on AWS.
Conduct Operational Reviews and architecture deep-dives for SaaS workloads.
Drive cost optimisation and reliability improvements across environments.
Lead technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs and risk mitigation.
Identify opportunities to accelerate outcomes through AWS services.
Deliver business reviews with actionable insights and progress metrics.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services and Account Managers.
Enable customer teams via workshops, hands-on labs and enablement sessions.
Lead service event reviews and pre-launch planning for critical launches.
