Job summary

Amazon Web Services New Zealand Limited is seeking a Technical Account Manager to partner with New Zealand’s leading ISVs, helping them architect for scale and drive cloud adoption on AWS.

You will lead operational reviews, architecture deep-dives, and business reviews while collaborating with Solutions Architects, Business Developers and Account Managers to accelerate customer outcomes and deliver measurable value across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI applications or services.
• Experience presenting to executives, IT leaders and developers.
• Experience migrating or modernising legacy solutions to the cloud.
• Familiarity with SaaS and multi-tenant architectures.
• Proven ability to architect, operate and optimise cloud environments for customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor to ISV customers, helping them architect, optimise and scale software on AWS.
• Conduct Operational Reviews and architecture deep-dives for SaaS workloads.
• Drive cost optimisation, reliability and risk mitigation across customer environments.
• Lead technical discussions with engineering teams and senior leadership.
• Deliver insights at business reviews to influence customer strategy.
