Qualifikationen

• Hands on experience with AI
• Experience presenting to executives, IT, management and developers
• Experience migrating, transforming or modernising legacy customer solutions to/in the cloud
• Experience working with AWS technologies from a DevOps perspective, including CI/CD practices

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary technical advisor to ISV customers, helping them architect, optimise and scale on AWS
• Conduct Operational Reviews and architecture deep-dives tailored to SaaS and multi-tenant workloads
• Drive cost optimisation, reliability and risk reduction across customer environments
• Lead technical discussions on incident management and trade-offs for engineering and leadership
• Proactively identify opportunities to accelerate customer outcomes through AWS service adoption and architectural improvements
• Deliver business reviews with actionable insights and track progress against goals
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Business Developers and Account Managers to deliver coordinated support
• Enable customer teams through workshops and hands-on labs to build cloud capability
• Lead service event reviews and pre-launch planning for critical launches and milestones
• Engage with stakeholders from engineers to CTOs to earn trust through depth and delivery
