Marlborough District Council – Picton, South Island, is seeking an adaptable Team Leader to oversee the Picton team and support both Blenheim and Picton sites with day-to-day operations and service delivery. Destination Marlborough (DM) is Marlborough’s Regional Tourism Organisation (RTO), supporting the delivery of quality visitor experiences that will compel visitors to come back. We require a adaptable team leader to oversee our Picton team. Working collaboratively across the Blenheim and Picton sites, you will be responsible for the effective day-to- day operations, administration, and delivery of services.
As the team leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and exceptional service delivery to our visitors, while displaying strong customer service skills, and a passion for Marlborough.
