Job summary

eShepherd is seeking a Product Reliability Engineer to connect field insights with engineering design, translating real-world performance into lasting product improvements across a global IoT platform.

You will work with Product, R&D, Manufacturing, Operations and Customer Success, driving root cause investigations and data-driven improvements that strengthen reliability and customer experience on farms worldwide.

Qualifications

Experience in Product Reliability Engineering or related fields.
Ability to investigate complex product performance issues.
Strong problem solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead investigations into product reliability and performance for the global platform.
Turn warranty data and field insights into concrete product improvements.
Drive structured root cause investigations to deliver permanent solutions.
Collaborate with Product, R&D, Manufacturing, Operations and Customer Success.
Build reliability reporting to guide engineering decisions.
Support regional Service Engineers with complex investigations.
Occasionally travel to support field investigations.
