Gallagher Group Limited is seeking a Product Reliability Engineer to connect field insights with engineering design, translating field data into lasting product improvements across a globally deployed IoT platform.

You'll lead investigations, turn warranty and field feedback into durable product improvements, and collaborate with Product, R&D, Manufacturing, Operations and Customer Success to prioritise work. Join a high-growth AgTech environment backed by Gallagher.

Qualifications

Engineering qualification or equivalent technical capability.
Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to root cause analysis.
Experience with hardware, electronics, IoT or connected products.
Ability to collaborate across Product, R&D, Operations, Customer Success and Technical Support.
Curious, adaptable mindset and excellent communication in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Lead investigations into product reliability and performance across the global eShepherd platform.
Turn warranty data, field insights and customer feedback into product improvements.
Drive structured root cause investigations delivering permanent solutions.
Partner with Product, R&D, Manufacturing, Operations and Customer Success to prioritise improvements.
Build reliability reporting to help engineers make better product decisions.
Support regional Service Engineers and On-Farm Technical Support with complex investigations.
