Job summary

Gallagher Group Limited is seeking a Hardware Engineering Lead to drive the next generation of eShepherd hardware. You will lead a skilled team of electronics and mechanical engineers from concept through field deployment to deliver robust, scalable solutions in demanding farming environments.

Qualifications

A degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience leading engineering teams developing hardware or IoT products.
Strong product development expertise from concept through production.
Ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Passion for coaching engineers and building high-performing teams.
Sound technical judgement, commercial awareness and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities
