Job description

Our client is a privately owned property investment business with a commercial portfolio and an active pipeline of investment, value-add and partnership opportunities. It sits within a wider, well-established property group.

The opportunity

This opportunity offers a rare combination of hands-on asset management responsibilities together with investment analysis, capital projects and strategic real estate decision-making. It will particularly appeal to someone who already has a grounding in commercial property and investment analysis, and wants to become more involved in acquisitions, value-add initiatives and development partnerships over time.

Working directly with the Director, you will play a key role in the management and performance of a portfolio of commercial assets and the assessment of new investment opportunities, while overseeing a range of capital works, refurbishment and repositioning projects.

This role combines hands-on asset management with investment analysis and transaction support, providing an excellent platform for someone looking to deepen their commercial property experience and step into a broader investment management role.

Given the entrepreneurial nature of the business, there is significant scope for the role to evolve over time, providing increasing involvement in acquisitions, joint venture and development partnership opportunities, repositioning strategies and major capex initiatives.
