Responsabilités

• Identify and source acquisition opportunities meeting investment criteria.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including pro forma modeling, sensitivity analysis, and ROI calculations.
• Perform in-depth due diligence including title review, environmental assessments, zoning compliance, and physical property inspections (remotely coordinated).
• Analyze market conditions, demographic trends, and competitive landscapes to assess property values and investment potential.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and other transactional documents with sellers and their representatives.
• Collaborate effectively with internal legal, finance, and asset management teams to ensure smooth transaction closings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, property owners, lenders, and other industry contacts.
• Prepare detailed investment proposals and recommendations for the acquisition committee.
• Stay current with real estate market trends, legal requirements, and best practices in acquisitions.
• Manage the acquisition pipeline and ensure timely execution of all deals.
