NXP is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for its East Tamaki/Highbrook Warehouse to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies. The role runs 8 am–4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, focusing on investigations, stock movements, and orderly write-offs as needed.
You will use SAP with Word and Excel to monitor stock, support continuous improvement, and help ensure efficient picking. A proactive, detail-oriented candidate with physical stamina will fit in well.

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our busy East Tamaki/Highbrook Warehouse. This role will focus on inventory accuracy, minimising stock discrepancies and maximising operational efficiency. This is a full-time permanent position working 8 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday for a motivated operations person who wants to grow their career.
Skills in Word & Excel with SAP experience preferred
Attention to detail with an understanding of inventory concepts
Physically fit, comfortable lifting up to 25 kgs & able to be on your feet for 8 hours
