Synergy Nutrition Ltd is a small dynamic Dairy-based nutritional powder Manufacturer located in Wiri, Auckland. Our focus is on producing quality value added products for both domestic & offshore dairy powder markets. As we continue to expand and grow, we are looking for an Inventory Control Officer to join our team and to support our high performing company.
Performing timely order fulfilment and shipment of goods.
Processing inward, picking, packing, shipping of goods and production data accurately within the target timeframe.
Ensure all information is recorded accurately in appropriate databases/systems in a timely manner.
Conducting regular stocktaking and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Participating dispensary operation for relevant production.
Carrying out administration and general office requirements.
Assisting and providing administrative support to Accountant.
Working in other roles and departments within the business as needed.
Bachelor degree or above in a business-related discipline.
Relevant experience in a similar role, preferable within the food industry.
Previous experience in administration and accounts is preferable.
Sound knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
A willingness to go the extra mile when required to meet the demands of the role.
The ability to work under pressure and perform as part of a wider team or independently.
