Job summary

Fletcher Building Group in New Zealand is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage and dispatch.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will uphold safety, quality and efficient workflows while supporting branches and resellers with ERP (JDE) transactions and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years warehouse experience.
• Current F endorsement and forklift safety certificate.
• Experience with ERP systems (JDE preferable).
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory and support quality control measures.
• Operate a forklift safely and assist with product handling.
• Support safe work practices and maintain a tidy, well-organised warehouse.
• Communicate with branches to resolve issues and keep workflows moving.
• Use ERP systems (JDE preferred) to process transactions accurately.
• Assist with process improvements to lift efficiency and service quality.

We’re looking for a highly organised Warehouse Coordinator to support our warehouse operations and ensure products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll help maintain smooth daily workflows, uphold safe operating standards, and provide reliable service to our sales centres and resellers.

This is a hands‑on role where your attention to detail, coordination skills, and commitment to quality will make a real impact.

• Monday to Friday – Full Time, 40 hours guaranteed per week
