Job summary

Toll in Auckland is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our warehouse operations team. You will ensure inventory accuracy, maintain system integrity in the WMS, and support day-to-day distribution centre activities to keep service levels high.

You'll work with operations, customers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, drive process improvements, and provide actionable data insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control within a warehouse or 3PL environment.
• Strong WMS capability with high system accuracy.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve inventory issues.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, manage workload, and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Must have an LF/LO forklift licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damages, and variances.
• Monitor inbound, put-away, and picking accuracy.
• Analyse data and provide insights to improve performance.
• Support daily reporting, reconciliations, and workflow monitoring.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers.
