Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in stock control or warehouse administration.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Matriculation certificate or equivalent qualification required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Conduct regular stocktakes (cycle counts and full inventories) and reconcile stock levels.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
• Implement and enforce stock control procedures to prevent loss and damage.
• Monitor stock levels and report on inventory status to management.
• Manage the receiving and dispatching of goods, ensuring accuracy and documentation.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and recommend appropriate actions.
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom or warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory planning and forecasting to meet operational demands.
