Placements24 is sourcing a Warehouse and Logistics Associate for a facility in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. The role involves inventory management, order fulfillment, and general logistics coordination in a dynamic warehouse environment.

You will support receiving, storage, and dispatch, maintain records, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily ops while collaborating with a team to meet targets and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Familiarity with WMS is advantageous.
• Good understanding of inventory control principles.
• Physical tasks include lifting up to 25kg and long periods of standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist receiving, storing, and dispatching goods accurately and promptly.
• Maintain inventory records and participate in stock checks.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment per procedures.
• Ensure warehouse activities meet safety regulations and company policies.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely (training provided).
• Coordinate with team and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Prepare shipping documentation.
• Support process improvement initiatives in the warehouse.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
