Placements24 is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee a key section of the Queenstown facility. You will lead a team, manage daily receiving, storage, picking and dispatching activities, and drive improvements to productivity and accuracy while maintaining safety standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in warehouse operations with supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and solid knowledge of WMS and inventory control.

• Minimum of 3 years in warehouse operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in leading teams and driving performance.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory control procedures.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations of a warehouse area, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse associates to meet performance goals.
• Ensure safety regulations and company procedures are followed in Queenstown.
• Monitor inventory levels and address discrepancies.
• Optimize workflows for receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatching.
• Conduct team meetings, provide training, and perform performance reviews.
