This hybrid role requires collaborating with procurement and sales to align inventory strategies, generate performance reports, and implement best-practice controls across retail locations and channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, statistics, mathematics, or related field.
• 2+ years in inventory management or supply chain analysis, preferably in retail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels across retail locations and channels.
• Develop accurate demand forecasts to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage.
• Collaborate with procurement and sales to align strategies with business objectives.
• Generate reports on inventory performance, including turnover, aging, and costs.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
