Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Administrator to support operations in Queenstown. The role blends on-site duties with remote flexibility, focusing on inventory record-keeping, order processing, and coordinating with logistics.

You will manage data accuracy for operational reporting and liaise with drivers and clients to ensure smooth warehousing processes. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience in logistics or FMCG, and proficiency with MS Office and WMS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate in administration or logistics is advantageous.
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Administrator or in a similar administrative role, preferably in logistics or the FMCG sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with WMS software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is correct.
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to schedule deliveries and pickups.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, shipment status, and operational efficiency.
• Manage communication between the warehouse floor and management/clients.
• Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
