Chemist Warehouse NZ in Warkworth is seeking a passionate Full-Time New Zealand Intern Pharmacist (35 to 40 hours per week) with a current NZ Intern APC to join our vibrant team. You will share your expertise and help deliver high-quality pharmacy services.

In this role you will assist with dispensing, manage stock, provide patient advice, and maintain accurate records in compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Must hold current NZ Intern APC.
• Pre-register year to start immediately.
• Able to work in a team and autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with scripts in/out and dispensing.
• Manage dispensary administration.
• Order, receive, stock and monitor expiry dates.
• Provide advice on medicines and health queries.
• Maintain patient records with privacy compliance.
• Perform prescription checks with Pharmacist.
• Process prescriptions in Toniq software.

The Opportunity

Chemist Warehouse Warkworth is seeking a passionate Full-Time New Zealand Intern Pharmacist (35 to 40 hours per week) with a current NZ Intern APC to join our vibrant team as. As part of our community, you'll have the opportunity to share your expertise, collaborate on best practices, and drive professional growth. In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality pharmacy services, ensuring the highest industry standards are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting with scripts in/and out and dispensing.
• General dispensary administration.
• Order, receive, unpack, and manage dispensary stock, including monitoring stock levels and expiry dates.
• Provide professional advice to patients and customers on medicines, minor ailments, and health-related enquiries within scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate prescription records and patient information while ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Perform the necessary calculations for checking by the Pharmacist.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy management software (Toniq)

• Retail Pharmacy experience is advantageous
