They are now seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with proven New Zealand construction experience to work across projects currently underway and those coming through the pipeline.
This role will suit a QS who is confident managing variations, cost reporting, subcontractor claims and the day-to-day commercial requirements of active construction projects.
You’ll work alongside project and site teams to help manage the commercial performance of both commercial and residential builds from construction through to completion.
This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established Queenstown construction business offering stability, a strong forward workload and genuine variety across its project portfolio.
The role offers a salary of $100,000 – $120,000, depending on experience, alongside the opportunity to work closely with experienced construction and commercial leaders while continuing to develop your capability as a Quantity Surveyor.
