Job summary

The Warehouse Group in Auckland is seeking a proactive marketing professional to join our team and help drive paid media across The Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery. You’ll review schedules, coordinate assets, and assist with partnerships, influencer events, and PR box activations.

You’ll support planning, delivery and optimisation of campaigns from brief to post-campaign review, partnering with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• You’re organised, curious, enthusiastic and love getting stuck in.
• You’re comfortable with spreadsheets and campaign reports and coordinating people, projects and events.
• You have 2–3 years of experience in media, marketing, campaign coordination, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Review media schedules and campaign performance.
• Coordinate creative assets, manage partnerships and influencer events.
• Pack PR boxes for brand activations and support sponsorships.
