Job summary

The Warehouse Group is seeking a Programme & Compliance Manager to drive governance, reporting, and delivery across a portfolio of store development projects in New Zealand. You’ll ensure schedules, risks and budgets are tracked and reported, with a focus on delivering new stores, relocations and refurbishments.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme coordination, PMO, governance, compliance, project controls or portfolio reporting.
• Strong project governance and delivery assurance knowledge.
• Proven experience managing programme schedules, project reporting and RAID registers.
• Advanced reporting, dashboarding and analytical capability, including strong Excel skills.
• Experience supporting financial reporting, forecasting and budget tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and reporting accuracy.
• A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive programme governance, compliance and delivery assurance across a diverse property portfolio.
• Maintain integrated programme schedules and track milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Develop dashboards, reporting packs and performance insights for informed decision-making.
• Manage programme-level RAID registers and ensure pro-active addressing of risks and issues.
• Support financial governance through budget, forecast and variance tracking.
• Ensure project information and reporting data is accurate, complete and reliable.
• Provide portfolio visibility to support prioritisation, resource planning and delivery performance.
• Coordinate procurement and fixture-readiness activities to keep projects on track.
