Job summary

Marsh New Zealand in Dunedin is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our Operations team. This hybrid role requires you to work in the office at least three days a week and to provide administration and technical support to client-facing Brokers.

You will produce policy documents, invoicing, quotations and complex documentation within SLAs, manage workloads, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while learning core insurance concepts and legislation.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong numerical skills and the ability to work accurately with calculations and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, efficient and timely production/processing of policy and related documentation, including closing documentation to appropriate parties.
• Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of invoicing, quotations, calculations, and complex and confidential documentation within agreed SLAs/KPIs/quality targets.
• Produce reports accurately and within required timeframes.
• Manage and prioritize workload to meet service standards, including processing complex transactions and resolving escalated matters within SLA.
• Maintain a basic understanding of core insurance concepts and relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
