We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Christchurch office.
As an Operations Specialist (Graduate), you will provide support to Client Facing Brokers in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient, and timely production of policies and related documentation. This role will demonstrate technical proficiency, responsible for completing a defined set of processes and tasks within the end-to-end insurance broking lifecycle, ensuring that processes and tasks assigned to them are completed seamlessly and in line with agreed standards of time to complete, accuracy and productivity.
