Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Client Executive to join our Employee Benefits team. Based in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch, this hybrid role requires in-office work at least three days per week.

You will act as the people risk adviser for corporate and mid-market clients, delivering end-to-end relationship management and advisory support. You will identify revenue opportunities, lead client training, manage complex claims, and ensure compliant administration and renewal processes.

Qualifications

• Required: Level 5 Accreditation – Life & Health, or actively working towards completion.
• Background in life and health employee benefits with strong product knowledge and customer-centric focus.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the people risk adviser and SME for corporate, commercial and mid-market clients.
• Deliver total client management including relationship building, advisory support, renewal processing and claims advocacy.
• Proactively identify and develop revenue opportunities within the portfolio with the business development team and meet retention/revenue targets.
• Deliver training to large groups at client induction programs.
• Manage large or complex claims and advocate between client and insurer.
• Oversee administration and technical workflows ensuring compliance with procedures and E&O requirements.
