Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Client Executive in Auckland to contribute to the management and growth of a client portfolio, ensuring risk management and insurance needs are met. The role focuses on client servicing, documentation, claims liaison, and supporting Senior Brokers.

You will build relationships with clients and insurers, maintain data, and help drive renewal terms and compliance while working in a hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) General Insurance or willingness to work towards this.
• Ability to prioritise work, manage deadlines and work under pressure.
• Excellent report writing and correspondence skills.
• Sound oral and written communication skills both on an individual and small group basis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client documentation and invoices (renewal questionnaires, quote slips, manuals, funding quotes).
• Ensure 100% accuracy of documentation and seek approval before distribution.
• Support Senior Brokers in managing large client insurance and risk programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with insurers, clients and key stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive client data and meeting minutes on WTW systems.
