Job summary

WTW New Zealand in Wellington seeks a Client Executive to manage a portfolio of client risk management and insurance needs. This client-facing role builds relationships with clients and insurance partners, while assisting Senior Brokers as required.

Key duties include preparing documentation and invoices, supporting claims processes, maintaining client data, and coordinating with underwriters to refresh renewal terms. Hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) General Insurance or willingness to complete.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage client documentation and invoicing accurately.
• Experience working with underwriters and brokers.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong time management and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client documentation and invoices, including renewal questionnaires.
• Ensure accuracy of all client documentation before distribution.
• Support Senior Brokers in managing larger clients’ insurance programs.
• Maintain client data, meeting notes and minutes in WTW systems.
• Liaise with insurers, clients and stakeholders, representing WTW.
• Assist with claims management and claims enquiries.
• Contribute to pipeline accuracy and new business targets.
