Job summary

Auckland Airport is seeking a Creative Learning Design & Content Specialist to help transform operational knowledge into engaging learning experiences across eLearning, ILT, assessments and practical resources.

Working with subject matter experts and the Operations Training & Standards Team, you will design, develop and continuously improve learning content, templates and evaluation methods to support a diverse operational workforce.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design, learning content development or digital learning creation.
• Portfolio of eLearning modules you have personally created.
• Strong knowledge of Articulate Storyline; Rise is desirable.
• Video creation and editing experience (e.g., Camtasia).
• Understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience creating facilitator guides, learner materials, presentations, assessments and job aids.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with multimedia learning, animation or interactive technologies is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex information clearly.
• Strong relationship-building skills with operational stakeholders.
• Confident facilitating training, workshops and presentations.
• Creative and curious about new learning technologies and approaches.
• Well organized, able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Collaborative, eager to coach others and share knowledge.
• Takes ownership and delivers high-quality learning solutions.
• A qualification in instructional design or related discipline is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational requirements into effective learning content.
