Job summary

Auckland Airport is seeking a Creative and experienced Learning Design & Content Specialist to shape how we design, develop and deliver learning across our operations.

You will transform complex operational knowledge into engaging eLearning, instructor-led training, and practical resources, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and build team capability. This role supports teams across Security, Airfield, EMS, Customer Service and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design and learning content development.
• Experience delivering engaging eLearning modules with a personal portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of Articulate Storyline; Rise desirable.
• Experience in video creation/editing with Camtasia or similar.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and assessment design.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain engaging eLearning, instructor-led and blended solutions.
• Translate operational requirements into learning content and resources.
• Create facilitator guides, learner materials, presentations and assessments.
• Produce multimedia content including videos and animations.
• Apply instructional design methodologies to create effective learning experiences.
