Job summary

Rental Managers in New Zealand is seeking an organised Inspection Manager to lead routine property inspections across our managed portfolio. You will produce professional inspection reports, identify maintenance and presentation issues, and ensure compliance with Healthy Homes standards, while maintaining accurate records.

You'll join a growing, supportive team with full training, mentoring, and a clear path to further property management responsibilities, including tenancy and portfolio

Qualifications

• Property management experience preferred but not essential.
• Full training and mentoring will be provided.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property inspections and prepare professional reports
• Identify maintenance, cleaning and property presentation issues
• Follow up tenant responsibilities and outstanding maintenance
• Monitor Healthy Homes and general compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate inspection schedules, records and property documentation
• Assist with property viewings, tenancy matters and wider portfolio management
