Job summary

Rental Managers in New Zealand is seeking an organised Inspection Manager to lead routine property inspections across our managed portfolio. You will produce professional inspection reports, identify maintenance and presentation issues, and ensure compliance with Healthy Homes standards, while maintaining accurate records.

You'll join a growing, supportive team with full training, mentoring, and a clear path to further property management responsibilities, including tenancy and portfolio

Qualifications

Property management experience is preferred, but not essential. Full training and mentoring will be provided for the right person.

The role

As our Inspection Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the routine inspection of our managed properties, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and inspection requirements are completed professionally and efficiently.

You’ll also need

• Experience in property management, inspections, administration or customer service is advantageous

• Full, clean New Zealand Driver Licence
