As Document Controller within the Infrastructure and Investment Group, you will establish a structured document control environment to support major infrastructure projects and work with main contractors and project teams to ensure documentation is accurate, traceable, and compliant.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in information management or a related field.
• Experience with Procore, SharePoint or Planview.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of document control.
• Ability to train users in digital systems.
• Familiarity with Te Tiriti o Waitangi in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a structured document control environment to support Health NZ's large infrastructure projects.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, traceable, and compliant for collaboration, audits and requirement alignment.
• Support audit readiness and alignment with quality, regulatory and contractor requirements.
