Job summary

Recruitnz in New Zealand is seeking an experienced industrial painter to prepare, sand, mask, prime and paint truck bodies, trailers and steel components, and to apply protective coatings. You will inspect finishes and maintain spray equipment, while supporting fabrication and assembly teams to meet production schedules.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of industrial or automotive painting experience, with hands-on use of airless or conventional spray systems, strong surface preparation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industrial or automotive painting experience.
• Experience using airless or conventional spray-painting equipment.
• Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application techniques.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to meet English language requirements.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and work effectively as part of a team.

About the Role:
