Think of this as a kitchen environment, on a larger scale. As a Shift Engineer, you'll play a vital role in keeping the factory running smoothly by working closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues across multiple product and packing lines.
We currently have two positions available — one on night shift and one on day shift. Both roles require the flexibility to rotate through shifts, including covering weekend shifts, as needed.
Day -7:00am – 3:15pm
Afternoon - 2:45 pm - 11:15pm
Night shift - 11:15pm - 7:15am
We're looking for a qualified Engineer with a solid background in FMCG manufacturing, ideally within a food or factory environment, along with hands-on experience working with line machinery. Experience as a good 2IC Engineer is highly regarded.You'll be someone who takes initiative and pride in their work, is a proactive team player and problem solver.
