Qualifications

• Full NZ Teacher Registration with Practising Certificate.
• Experience with neurodiverse learners and complex needs.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building across diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess early identification, assessment, and tracking of diverse learners.
• Build teacher capability by designing targeted interventions and differentiated teaching.
• Coordinate targeted interventions and smooth transitions for students.
• Foster partnerships with tamariki and whānau for collaborative support.
• Liaise with Ministry of Education Learning Support and external agencies to secure resourcing.
• Contribute to school planning and resource allocation with Te Tiriti o Waitangi in mind.
