Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify needs: Gather data and observations to understand student strengths and needs.
• Lead support plans: Develop and review Student Support Plans, behavior regulation plans, and learning pathways.
• Coach and empower staff: Build school-wide capacity by coaching teachers and teacher aides in inclusive classroom practices.
• Manage systems: Maintain the Additional Support Register and track progress data.
• Direct teaching: Conduct targeted small-group teaching.
• Collaborate: Partner with tamariki, whānau, staff, and external agencies.
