Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone and email, with a friendly, solutions-focused approach.
• Adhere to service standards and company policies at all times.
• Assist with operational and admin duties such as freight sorting, scanning, and reporting.
