Job summary

Noel Leeming is seeking a Customer Service Representative to create memorable experiences for customers in-store. You will handle hire purchases, sales and credit applications, while providing expert assistance and maintaining a calm, helpful demeanor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
• Positive, can-do attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Able to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders and be on your feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-store customer enquiries including hire purchases, sales, credit applications and cash sales.
• Proactively resolve customer issues to meet expectations and deliver a memorable service.
