Job summary

Dovida New Zealand in Auckland’s Eden Terrace is looking for a Care Services Coordinator to help our team keep every shift covered and every client and caregiver supported with warmth and clarity.

You’ll coordinate client services and caregiver rosters, respond to phone and email enquiries, monitor activity, and adapt in real time to changing needs while upholding our person‑centred approach and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, workforce planning, or coordination roles is a bonus.
• You’re tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinating client services and caregiver rosters using our workforce management system
• Responding to phone and email enquiries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
• Monitoring and recording client and caregiver activity, and following up on any issues
• Managing workforce utilisation and adapting to changing needs in real time
