Be the calm in the chaos. The connector. The one who makes it all run smoothly.
Dovida is growing —and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us. If you love a challenge, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to build your career with a globally recognised brand that’s deeply rooted in putting people first, this could be your next move.
We’re not just looking for a scheduler. We’re looking for someone who can work at pace, brings heart to every interaction, who knows how to listen, reassure, and respond with warmth and professionalism. You’ll be the go-to person for clients and caregivers alike—balancing needs, solving puzzles, and keeping everything humming behind the scenes.

What we’re looking for
You don’t need to tick every box—but if you bring warmth, initiative, and a knack for juggling competing priorities, we’d love to hear from you.
Experience in scheduling, workforce planning, or coordination roles is a bonus
Confidence to have open, honest, and constructive performance conversations that support Caregivers to succeed and deliver exceptional care
You’re approachable, reliable, and thrive on building strong relationships

Can work at pace and stay calm under pressure, quick to adapt, and always thinking one step ahead
You care deeply about improving the lives of older adults and their families
What we offer
A chance to grow with a purpose-led, fast-moving business
