Job summary

The New Zealand Health Group is seeking a temporary In Home Care Independence Support Worker in Dunedin to join the Operations & Maintenance team for 12-18 months. You will assist with contract administration, programme tracking and record keeping to support timely service delivery.

This role requires solid MS Office skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and strong communication. A current NZ driver licence is required; security checks and references will be conducted.

We are looking for someone to step into a 12-18 month contract on a temporary basis to support an Operations & Maintenance team.

About the role

In this role you will support the Team Leader Operations & Maintenance with contract, programme and administrative coordination to maintain accurate records, monitor milestones and support procurement. Work with contractors, consultants, councils, landowners and internal teams to keep programmes on track. You will identify risks, resolve issues and improve processes to support effective service delivery.
